After receipt of your booking form you will be contacted by a member of the ESARDA event management team at Marick Communications to confirm your booking and take payment. All symposium fees must be paid before the event, and by 28 February 2015 in order to receive the reduced 'early bird' rate.

Substitutions are welcome at any time but cancellations after 28 February 2015 will incur the following charge: 50% of booking fee applies between 1 March 2015 - 17 April 2015 and 100% of booking fee applies from 18 April 2015.

The Delegate registration fee includes: attendance at the symposium sessions; the symposium programme, book of abstracts and delegate bag; morning and afternoon refreshments; lunches; reception on the Monday evening and the symposium dinner on the Wednesday evening.

The Accompanying Person rate covers the reception, symposium dinner and Manchester city tour.

Technical site visit

We plan to run a technical site visit to the uranium enrichment plant at URENCO near Chester on Friday 22nd May. There will be no charge associated with this visit. Participation in the site visit is subject to a maximum number of delegates, and also dependent upon delegates meeting national criteria for site access. Notification of acceptance for the site visit will be made as soon as practical, but may not be possible until the week of the symposium. Transport will be provided from the Midland Hotel at 08.15hrs with a return time to the hotel at 15.30hrs with a drop-off at Manchester Airport on route at 15.00hrs

Payment Details: Payment may be made by debit/credit card or bank transfer. All bank charges should be paid by the payer, and payment must be made in sterling. Debit/credit cards are subject to a 2.5% handling fee and unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Please advise if you wish to pay against a purchase order.

Hotel Reservations

All participants should make their own arrangements for accommodation. Some rooms have been block-booked for us at the Midland Hotel, at a special Bed & Breakfast rate of £112.50 +VAT. Interested delegates are advised to book early by calling the central reservations team on +44 (0)845 074 0060 quoting 'ESARDA 2015'. A range of other hotels are in close vicinity and useful information can be found at the tourist information office www.visitmanchester.com. A range of hotels are also listed on the ESARDA website.

Technical/Social programmes

The Organising Committee would like to offer the opportunity for a technical site visit to URENCO. Please make sure you have selected this option in the booking form above if you wish to attend. We also hope to offer additional social activities to Accompanying Persons. Details of these will be announced on the Symposium webpage, and to registered delegates, as and when they become available. In each case, additional activities will be subject to a minimum level of interest and may be subject to an additional charge.
